This is a newly built hotel. Very clean & has good running water, comfortable beds & large dining area. It has a no plastic water bottle policy so filtered clean water stations are provided. The staff were attentive & polite . Communication in English was a little more tricky in the dining area than the front desk where it was excellent. The a la carte menu was pretty good with both local & western food available. You can order a pretty decent cappuccino from the menu.

The hotel was centrally located, easy access to restaurants, shopping mall [ ramayana, transmart, kfc, MacDonald, pharmacy and some other mini marts ] and about 10 minutes drive to the airport. We only stayed for over night transfer but be back again in our next family vacation. Love the pool layout at the 3rd floor which is now not open for public. I highly recomend this hotel to anyone that is planning to visit kupang and looking for affordable, clean and comfortable stay. Such a honour we had a chance to met the owner of Harper Kupang Mr. Abraham Paul Liyanto, what a humble and great man he was.

Great stay, I'll definitely come back while having a layover in Kupang, beautiful hotel, great service and team. Good price as well.

The room is big and spotlessly clean. I.loved that they gave unlimited.drinking water to guests from coolers - no.plastic waste.

Specious room, clean and nice. Clean swimming pool. Good hotel location, lots of caffes nearby. Nice view from the window. Staff brought us a cake because my daughter had a birthday ❤️ Good and delicious breakfast

Great room (upgraded as first one was obviously a smoking room), very comfortable, beautiful pool, great gym, convenient for airport, Grab only £1.20 to get downtown.

Excellent! the room was clean and spacious. Everything (airco, shower, tv) was working wel. We used the gym wich had everything you can expect in a hotel gym. Western breakfast was okay.

The room was modern and clean, there were some other services like pool, gym, SPA (the massage was great). We had Google assistant and Netflix access. Breakfast with many options :)
